| In May of 2010, we at Demmitt Elementary School had the GREAT fortune to have a three-day visit from children's author Marsha Diane Arnold! I was both thrilled and honored to have been asked to make the cake for our guest of honor. I chose the cover illustration from her book, Hugs on the Wind, and an excerpt from the story to decorate the cake. The cake was also shaped like a book.
