A Create-A-Cake party is a way for your child and friends to show off his/her imagination and talent by
creating their very own edible art. Each child is given the opportunity to decorate his/her very own cake!
The finished cakes are then individually boxed to be taken home and enjoyed! They will be so proud to
share their finished creations with family and friends, and what wonderful birthday memories this makes
for everyone involved in the special day of the birthday child.

Important Details
I must have at least 3 weeks notice with a 50% (non-refundable) deposit to hold your party date.

One additional "helper" is necessary for every 10 children in attendance at the party. If any of the
children attending are younger than age 8, a second adult helper is required.

Create-a-Cake Basic Package
Party for 8 $150.00

Includes:

Choice of a custom decorated theme
cake to serve 15-20, your choice of
flavor, up to $25.00 value (8" single layer,
round or square). If your cake design
exceeds $25.00, this excess will be added
to the final cost. This cake will be served
at the party.

8 individual single-layer 6" cakes, pre-
iced, placed on a cake board, ready to
be created by "little artists." Cakes must
all be the same flavor. Choose from
white, chocolate, French vanilla, or
yellow.

White vanilla butter cream icing in 4
colors of your choice to decorate with.

Basic supplies needed for the artists to
create their edible art. All supplies are to
be returned to me before I leave the
party.

8 disposable aprons

Boxes for the artists to take home their
creations, ready to show off!

Approximately 30 minutes of basic
decorating instruction and assistance
from me.

Cookie Package
Party for 8 $125.00
Includes:

Choice of custom decorated theme "cookie cake" to serve
15-20. Your choice of chocolate chip or sugar cookie.
3 large cookies per guest. Choose from round or heart-
shaped sugar cookies. (Ask for other shapes that may be
available.)
Additional items listed in basic package.

Package Add-Ons
To make your party even more fun, add one or more
of the following add-ons to any of our packages:

Extra decorative items, such as sprinkles and colored
sugars (minimum of 3 different items).....$15.00
3 colors of fondant and use of all fondant decorating
tools (all tools are to be returned to me before I leave
the party).....$20.00
Add an additional guest....$10.00 per guest

Frequently Asked Questions

May Create-A-Cake be done with any themed birthday party?
Absolutely! Because you are responsible for the decorations and partyware, you may use any party theme you like.
As a part of the package, you get to choose a custom decorated cake to be served at the party. Also, because you
have a choice of colors and decorations used, the children’s cake creations can also be incorporated into any
theme.

Will you attend the party and give instructions?
Yes! As part of the package I will attend the party and give up to 30 minutes of instructions and tips, and help the
children create their very own cakes.

What decorating techniques will be taught?
I will show them how to make stars, drop flowers, rosettes, leaves, simple borders and writing. For older children, I can
even show them how to make roses and daisies.

May Create-A-Cake be done with young children?
The minimum age for a Create-A-Cake party is 8 years old. At this age, children are fairly independent, but still require
one-on-one attention and a little help.

What do I need to do to reserve my child’s party?
You may contact me by phone or e-mail. I must have at least 3 weeks notice with a 50% (non-refundable) deposit
to hold your party date.
